We aim to ensure you receive your voucher within 5 working days however this is subject to postal conditions. To ensure prompt delivery we suggest that you choose the email option as you will receive your vouchers within minutes of confirming your order.
Hotel Gift Vouchers will be issued and dispatched on the next working day of receipt. Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays. Vouchers are sent from our offices in Dublin by first class mail. We can accept no liability for any delay which may occur in the delivery times.
An Post deliver 85% of letters the next working day.
Please allow at least 3 working days for Britain and Europe.
