You should receive eVouchers within a few minutes of confirming your order. Hotel gift vouchers by post are sent from our office in Dublin and we aim for delivery within 5 working days. Redeeming Hotel Gift Vouchers
Recipients must book their stay on the hotel’s own website or by phoning the hotel directly. Vouchers will not be accepted if reservation is made on a third party website or via travel agent. Reservations are subject to availability and subject to advised terms and conditions including cancellation policies.
Vouchers must be presented on arrival at the hotel as full or part payment for their stay. A valid credit card will also be required upon check in.
Vouchers will only be accepted at properties listed on this website.
Gift Vouchers feature a unique reference ID to allow us to track their redemption. The gift certificate can only be redeemed once.
Hotel Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The full value of the voucher must be used in one transaction and change cannot be given.
Vouchers may be used for all goods and services in the hotel such as accommodation and special offer packages, food, beverages (alcoholic drinks subject to local licensing laws), rounds of golf and spa treatments. Certain services provided by external providers may be excluded (eg taxi or hotel transfers, doctors’ fees or event tickets).
